Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using mindaroacademy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Mindaro Academy provides live online classes in English, Maths, and Science for students in Grades 1–4. Services include:
  • Live online classes via Zoom or similar platforms
  • Downloadable worksheets and learning resources
  • Lesson recordings (for Monthly and Annual members)
  • Access to class schedules and booking system

3. Membership Plans

We offer the following plans:
  • Single Class Pass — £2: Access to one specific live class.
  • Monthly Membership — £10/month: Access to all live classes, recordings, and worksheets. Billed monthly.
  • Annual Membership — £80/year: Full year access to all live classes, recordings, and worksheets. Billed annually.

Prices may change at any time. Existing members will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Monthly and Annual memberships auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your Stripe account or by contacting us.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion — see our Refund Policy below.

5. Refund Policy

  • Single Class Pass: Non-refundable once the class has commenced.
  • Monthly Membership: You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if no classes have been attended. After 7 days, no refunds are available.
  • Annual Membership: You may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of payment if no classes have been attended.
  • If a class is cancelled by Mindaro Academy, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

6. Class Attendance & Conduct

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring children attend classes on time.
  • A parent or guardian should be present during live classes for students in Grades 1–4.
  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from a class without refund.
  • Class recordings are for personal use only and must not be shared publicly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Mindaro Academy — including worksheets, lesson materials, recordings, and website content — is the intellectual property of Mindaro Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission.

8. User Accounts

While our website does not require login, your email address is used to identify your bookings and send class materials. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mindaro Academy is not liable for:
  • Technical issues on the user's end (internet, device, Zoom)
  • Missed classes due to user error or scheduling conflicts
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any class or service at any time. We will notify members of significant changes in advance where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
